A custom home built right takes 8-14 months from groundbreaking to move-in. We start with site evaluation (slope, soil, easements, town setback rules), partner with you on architectural design (in-house or with your preferred architect), and then build — foundation, framing, mechanicals, finishes, landscape, and final coordination.
